Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to the shoot?
We recommend bringing multiple clothing options / outfits. Be sure to bring all items from head to toe... sometimes it nice to have options at the shoot.
How can I pay you?
Venmo, cash, credit card are all welcome. Payment in full must be received before images are delivered.
Where is the studio?
We lease studio space at Studio o2o. (584 E. 12300 S. #12, Draper, UT)
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes. If you really aren’t pleased with the images we created for you, let us see if we can correct the issue. If you’re still not satisfied you don't have to pay. Seems pretty good… right?
When will I get the images?
It usually takes about a week for us to sort and edit the images. We’ll upload all images on a temporary shared private folder online. You’ll have 30 days to download the images. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know before we remove your images. Also, we back things up on our end also.
Can I share with you what style of images I’m looking for?
Any photo inspiration you can share with us before the shoot is encouraged. Let us know if there is a certain type of pose or style you like. Sharing a Board on Pinterest works great for this.
